Sunday, June 9th
Wilson Farm Park, 500 Lee Road, Chesterbrook, PA 19087

It will be a great day as Penn and CHOP join patients, families and colleagues from around the region to raise awareness of congenital heart disease and highlight our commitment to providing life-long care for those affected by congenital heart disease. The Philadelphia Adult Congenital Heart Center has formed a team for this special event – a joint team between both hospitals. The Philadelphia Adult Congenital Heart Center will have a prominent role this year as Penn Medicine and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia are the site sponsors for this walk, just one of less than 20 walks held in communities nationwide.

Please join Penn and CHOP colleagues at the walk by registering as a member of our team, the Philadelphia Adult Congenital Heart Center!
