This year marks the 32nd anniversary of the Bike MS City to Shore Ride, in which Team UPHS/Penn will, with your help, be the largest team!  We’re counting on our leadership to keep the momentum going strong and join the team this September 29 & 30, for an even more successful year.  This year’s system-wide goal is to recruit 325 team members and reach a fundraising goal of $135,000.

There is truly an option for everyone - you can choose to participate as a cyclist, a virtual cyclist [if you can’t ride, but want to fundraise], or a volunteer at the team’s Finish Line tent. The 2011 team of 283 members, qualified for the highly-coveted finish line tent and won 5 awards: Largest Overall Team, Largest Corporate Team, Top Fund Raising Team, the $100,000 Club, and the Millennium Circle Team.

Each person who raises the minimum $300 receives a customized team jersey to wear during the ride and access to the finish line tent with plenty of food & giveaways.  Don’t forget about our annual UPHS/PENN pasta dinner right before the ride.  Below, you will find more information about how you can ride with the UPHS/PENN team.
