A team of 15 volunteers from Penn Presbyterian helped spread some holiday cheer on Saturday, December 17, when they donated their time to serve meals to more than 200 residents at the People’s Emergency Center (PEC) in West Philadelphia.
Since 1972, PEC has provided comprehensive support services to homeless women and their children, revitalized the West Philadelphia neighborhood, and advocated for social justice. Many thanks to all our volunteers for lending a helping hand this holiday season!
