Alexis was nominated for her willingness to step in and temporarily fill a different role in addition to her normal duties. During this period she was able
to do both her job as well as the other responsibilities while also making several practical enhancements.
Suite 2 Cardiology was nominated by the Practice Manager based on the effort and care given to their patients around the medicine reconciliation
process.
