The Reward and Recognition Program Winners are recognized for their significant contribution to Pennsylvania Hospital in relation to one or more of the following objectives:
•Management of Resources: Financial or Productivity Improvement
•PEOPLE: Patient satisfaction or the PEOPLE program
•Team Work: Providing a positive & cooperative work environment
•Quality of Care: Continuous improvement in quality
Nomination slips are compiled on a monthly basis, and all slips received during the month are entered in a drawing for a $50.00 bonus, awarded to twenty-five winners each month. If you would like to nominate a colleague for this recognition, please obtain a nomination slip from your Director, Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader.
Reward and Recognition Box Relocated
To accommodate all shifts, the box located in Patient & Guest services has been relocated to the area near the ATM machine (next to the change machine) inside the Main Hospital entrance, Preston Building.
