Announcing the 2012 Lecture Series on the Foundations of Research

Are you interested in developing a research question, learning how to perform a literature search, design a study, or understanding data collection and analysis? Are you looking to learn more about the IRB, or the PubsHub database of journals and congresses? If so, this series is for you!

The PPMC Nursing Research Council invites everyone to participate in a 2012 lecture series on the Foundations of Research. Each topic will be presented during a one hour “lunch-and-learn session. Lectures will be held on Tuesdays, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, at the 3910 Building - 7th
floor. Bring yourself and lunch!


Priscilla O’Connor, research consultant to the Nursing Research Council, and adjunct Professor at LaSalle, will present five of the lectures. Other presenters include:

Rebecca Landau, PPMC Librarian, Barbara Anderson, Director Nursing, Professional Development, Behavioral Health and Geriatric Services, and a representative from PubsHub.
