UPHS is launching a new website to make it easier for you to access information about your UPHSflex and retirement benefits. By visiting the new HR & You website at www.uphshrandyou.com, you can:
- Enroll in your benefits for 2011-2012
- Access your 2010 Online Total Compensation Statement
- Review the 2011-2012 Online Enrollment Guide
- Receive more information on Wellfocused Programs.
The 2011-2012 Online Enrollment Guide provides an overview of your benefits and helps you understand what is changing for the upcoming plan year. This year, Open Enrollment runs through Sunday, May 1.
Remember: If you take the Personal Health Assessment (PHA) between now and Tuesday, May 31, your health-care premiums will be reduced by $130 annually - $5.00/per pay!
